Syllabus and learning tracks
Review each learner’s subject syllabuses and learning track. Edit their setup to change syllabus assignments.

Academic periods
Both tracks use Year–Term periods. Choose a track to set its default, add or remove periods, and arrange their order.

Children’s levels & classes by year
Choose the academic year before editing levels and classes. 2026 information is preserved when you save 2027. Unconfigured years stay blank; children are not promoted automatically.

Returning to a previous version
Copy a release’s restore request and paste it into this Syllabus Nomad conversation in ChatGPT. The site owner or editor can restore a saved release through Sites.
A site restore changes the app’s code and layout. It does not rewind shared records or uploaded files. Older releases may not understand newer records; compatibility should be checked before restoring.
Versions 1.1.0–1.10.0 used browser-only storage. Choose version 1.11.0 or later to retain shared database access.
Use Settings → Export a backup to download your current records as JSON. Keep separate copies of original uploaded files.
